Our Story
Started With One Product, Built Around Real Rider Feedback
RidingRush was founded in Shenzhen, China with a belief that cycling accessories should combine function with thoughtful design. Our first product — a brass bike bell with a distinctive American flag finish — sold on Amazon and earned reviews that shaped everything that followed. Customer feedback on tone, clamp fit, and durability drove our first revisions, and that feedback-driven approach became our operating model.
From that single bell, we expanded into saddle bags, chain cleaners, foldable baskets, action camera cases, and skating blade guards — each category informed by the same cycle of real-user testing and iteration. Today, RidingRush products reach customers across the United States, Canada, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom through Amazon FBA and wholesale partnerships.
Our Shenzhen operations combine in-house product design with a supply chain network built on long-term manufacturing relationships. We review materials at incoming inspection, test every product category against defined function protocols, and verify packaging before any order leaves the warehouse. The result: products with documented quality checks, not just shipping labels.

Design, Test, Iterate, Ship
Every RidingRush product follows a four-stage development cycle — from concept sketches to Amazon-ready inventory. This is how we turn a product idea into a reviewed, rated, and reordered SKU.
Concept & Design
Product ideas come from market gap analysis, customer review mining, and partner requests. We sketch, 3D model, and select materials before cutting a single tool.
Prototype & Test
Pre-production samples undergo function testing — bell striker cycle counts, bag waterproof ratings, case drop resistance, guard elastic retention. We test before we order.
Production & QC
Batch production with in-line inspection at 20% and 60% completion. AQL-based random sampling before shipment. Inspection reports available to wholesale partners on request.
Fulfill & Improve
FBA-ready packaging and barcoding. Customer reviews and return data feed back into the next design iteration. Every SKU gets better over time.
