OEM & ODM — Your Brand, Our Design & Production Expertise
From drawing to delivery: customize materials, colors, packaging, and specifications across cycling accessories, action camera gear, and skating protection. Project-based manufacturing with export-ready output.
How It Works
Four Steps From Inquiry to Delivery
Our OEM/ODM process is designed for clarity and speed — you know the status, the timeline, and the cost at every stage.
Specification & Quote
Share your drawings, reference samples, or product requirements. We review materials, dimensions, quantities, and target market — then return a detailed quotation within one business day.
Prototype & Approval
We produce a pre-production sample for your review. Materials, colors, fit, finish, and packaging are confirmed against your specification before production begins.
Production & QC
Batch production with in-line quality checks. Material inspection, function testing, and AQL-based random sampling ensure consistency across your entire order.
Packaging & Shipping
Export-ready packaging with your branding. FBA-compatible barcoding, carton labeling, and container loading — coordinated to your forwarder or ours.

Quality Control
Five QC Gates Before Your Order Ships
Incoming Material Check
Raw materials inspected against spec sheet: alloy composition, fabric weight, polymer grade, color accuracy under D65 light.
In-Line Production Audit
Random sampling during production to catch variance early. Fit checks, function tests, and visual inspection at 20% and 60% completion.
Function & Durability Test
Category-specific testing: bell strike cycles, bag waterproofing, case drop resistance, blade guard elastic retention and moisture absorption.
AQL Final Inspection
Acceptable Quality Level sampling per ISO 2859-1. Defect classification, measurement verification, and packaging accuracy check.
Container Loading Check
Carton integrity verified. Barcode scans confirmed. Loading plan reviewed against packing list. Photo documentation provided.
Quality Documentation
Inspection reports, material certificates, and function test results are available on request. We believe procurement buyers deserve visibility — not just a shipping notification.

Production Capacity
Scaled for Growth — From Sample Run to Container Load
Product Categories
Active production across 23 product categories spanning cycling accessories, camera gear, and skating protection. Multi-category capability reduces supplier count for distributors.
Active SKUs
84+ stock-keeping units in active production with tooling, molds, and jigs maintained and ready. Additional SKUs added through the OEM/ODM process.
Export Destinations
Regular shipments to the US, Canada, Germany, France, and UK. FBA-compatible carton labeling and container documentation for every destination.
Manufacturing Network
RidingRush operates through a managed network of specialized manufacturing partners in the Pearl River Delta region — each selected for category-specific expertise: metal fabrication for bells and pumps, textile and polymer processing for bags and cases, silicone molding for blade guards. This network model provides production flexibility without the overhead of a single-purpose factory.
Quality Assurance Depth
Five QC gates apply to every OEM/ODM order: (1) Incoming material inspection against spec sheet, (2) In-line audit at 20% and 60% production completion, (3) Category-specific function testing, (4) AQL 2.5 final random sampling per ISO 2859-1, (5) Container loading verification with photo documentation.
